We served as a trusted partner chartered with developing a number of mission-critical applications designed to improve business efficiencies, enforce corporate best-practices and facilitate improved customer care throughout their 13 state footprint.
A few examples of our projects include:
SBC DataComm eCommerce Site - Designed and built the first eCommerce site focused on selling minimally-configured network devices such as switches, routers, and other telecom equipment. Developed over a period of approximately 90 days the site yielded millions in revenue within its first year of operation.
Remedy-based Customer Care Trouble Ticket System - designed and built a trouble ticket system to help track, manage and perform scheduling and resource planning for field technicians for all reported issues related to SBC DataComm services and equipment. Built in Remedy to support existing systems infrastructure and designed with a follow-the-sun approach to customer care to allow ticket monitoring and resolution by any resource in any part of the country.
Edgate - TotalReader.com
Wyoming Department of Education
We designed and built the TotalReader.com site on behalf of Edgate and the State of Wyoming Department of Education. Total Reader is an online Reading Benchmarking and Improvement System for Grades 3-12 and Adult and is based on the Lexile Framework for Reading. Users now comprise students and educators from over 200 school districts throughout the U.S. and supports in excess of 100,000 students per day accessing the system.
